Good to know

A few things hosts often ask.

Still curious? We’re happy to talk through the details before you commit to anything.

Ask us a question
How far in advance should we reach out?

For weddings and large celebrations, six to twelve months is ideal. For smaller gatherings and corporate events, four to eight weeks is often enough. If your date is closer, ask—we may still have room.

Can you accommodate dietary needs?

Yes. We regularly plan for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and common allergen needs. We will map accommodations clearly during menu planning.

Do you provide staffing, rentals, and bar service?

We can coordinate service staff, event captains, tabletop rentals, kitchen equipment, and bar support as part of a full-service proposal.

Is there a minimum guest count?

Service options vary by season and event style. As a starting point, full-service events are typically best suited to 25 guests or more.

What happens after we inquire?

We will schedule a brief discovery call, confirm availability, and prepare a tailored menu and service proposal—usually within 48 hours.
